Information we collect
- Account: email address, social-login identifier, name or nickname if the provider sends one, and a password if you sign up with email
- Role: member or trainer
- Workouts: exercise, sets, weight, reps, saved routines, timestamps
- Diet: meal notes, meal photos, timestamps
- Body composition: weight, skeletal muscle, body fat, and related numbers, with the measurement date
- Health: step counts and similar activity data, only if you connect a health app
- Connections: invites, sharing choices, feedback, PT schedules
- Subscription: product, status, renewal, and a store transaction id. We do not collect card numbers.
- Notifications: push token, if you allow notifications
- Support: your email and the message, including deletion requests
- Technical: device type, OS, app version, access time, error logs
Body-composition and health data can be sensitive. We ask for separate consent before using them. The service is not for children under 14. If we learn an account belongs to a child under 14, we delete it.
Passwords are stored in a form we cannot read back. Meal photos are stored to show your food log. We do not use them to train advertising models.
Why we use it
We use this information to create and secure your account, show your calendar of workouts, meals, and body composition, deliver notifications, run trainer–member sharing you agreed to, manage trainer subscriptions, answer support mail, and keep the service reliable.
How long we keep it
We delete personal data when you delete the account or when the purpose is finished. Korean law requires some records to be kept longer:
- Contracts, cancellation, payment, and supply records: 5 years
- Consumer complaints and disputes: 3 years
- Advertising records: 6 months
- Connection logs: 3 months
Turning off a health connection stops new imports. Activity data already stored is deleted when you remove it in the app or delete the account.
Sharing
We do not sell personal data. We share it when you agree, or when the law requires it. If you accept a trainer or member invite, the person you connected with can see your nickname and the workouts, meals, photos, body-composition records, feedback, and PT schedules you chose to share. That access ends when the connection or the account is deleted.
Processors and overseas transfers
The vendors below are a draft list for cloud hosting, Firebase, and Supabase. Delete any row you do not actually use, and confirm the country before publication. Depending on where a vendor hosts data, information may be processed outside Korea.

Apple and Google process subscription payments. We do not store card numbers.
Your rights and deletion
You may access, correct, delete, or stop processing of your personal data, and you may withdraw consent. Edit or delete individual logs in the app. To delete the whole account, follow Delete your account and data or the in-app path 설정 → 계정 → 계정 삭제.
You can also email [email protected] with the subject “계정 삭제 요청”. We respond within 10 days. Deletion, including backups, is completed within 30 days after the in-app deletion or after we confirm an email request. Records we must keep by law are destroyed when that period ends.
Security
Access to personal data is limited, passwords are stored so they cannot be reversed, connections use encrypted transport, access is logged, and any vendor is bound by contract.

This marketing site does not use advertising or analytics cookies. The app may store identifiers needed to keep you signed in, secure the service, and deliver notifications. If we add analytics later, we will update this policy first.

If this policy changes, we will post the update on this site or in the app before it takes effect.
